Pre-Order Items & Estimated Delivery
From time to time, demand for a signed product exceeds the number of items signed at our most recent session. Rather than withdraw the product from sale, we make it available to pre-order so that you can secure your piece.
Where an item is available on pre-order, the product page will display an estimated delivery window. For example: "Please note, due to high demand for this product, we expect to be able to deliver this item approximately Q4 2026/Q1 2027."
Any date or window shown is an estimate given in good faith at the time of ordering and is not a guaranteed delivery date. All Icons memorabilia is hand-signed at private signing sessions arranged directly with the player. The scheduling of those sessions is subject to the player's availability, fixtures, travel and international commitments, so estimated windows can move, and orders may be fulfilled in stages as sessions take place.
Why we can offer pre-orders with confidence. Icons.com has been Lionel Messi's exclusive signing partner since 2006, with contracted, guaranteed signing sessions. Every pre-ordered item is fulfilled from a scheduled session with the player. We never source signed items from the open market.
Our track record. Following Argentina's victory at the 2022 FIFA World Cup™, demand for signed Messi memorabilia was unprecedented. Orders placed at that time were fulfilled over a period of approximately six months as further signing sessions took place, and every pre-order was delivered.

England & Wales
All unframed or pre-framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by DHL. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, so you should receive your order within three working days of placing it. Please give us a daytime address, as all orders have to be signed for. DHL can deliver on a Saturday, but there are extra charges involved.
A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.
Scotland, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK
All unframed orders for Scotland, Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK islands are sent by Royal Mail Signed For service in order to keep the costs down. These are dispatched within two working days and need to be signed for too. If you would like your order sent by DHL, we can arrange it, but there will be extra charges.
How It Works
All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by DHL. Unframed items are dispatched within 2 days of the order being placed. All framed items take between 7-10 working days to create. Once dispatched, the delivery times below apply.
For all international orders, you will be emailed a DHL tracking code and contact details for DHL if you need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you to supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.
A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.
We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/cardholder address. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please just give us a call or email us, and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

Non-UK Orders
At Icons, we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes, which may be incurred on Icons goods when sending items to non-UK addresses.

How long does dispatch take?
Unframed orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Framed items take 7-10 working days to create before dispatch. UK orders typically arrive within 3 working days. International delivery times vary by region, from next working day for Europe and North America to 2-4 working days for the Middle East, Africa, China and Australasia.
What does it mean if an item is on pre-order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All international orders are sent via DHL. Delivery after dispatch is typically next working day for Europe, USA and Canada, and 2-4 days for the Middle East, Africa, China and Australasia.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. All orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Who pays import taxes?
Customers are responsible for any import taxes on orders shipped to non-UK addresses. Icons.com does not add import tax charges to product prices.
Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes. Select a different delivery address at checkout. If you need delivery on a specific date, call or email us and we will do our best to arrange it.
